In the heart of Downtown Charleston lies the historic King Street, famed for its shopping district and called one of the 10 Best Shopping Streets in the United States by US News & World Report. A favorite festival along Charleston's half-mile of "Main Street" happens once a month, year round. And it takes place just as it sounds- on the 2nd Sunday of each month. But this isn't just any old festival. The big draw is that the street closes down to vehicles for a pedestrian-only afternoon between 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Originally a business development initiative that reinforces the stability and livability of Downtown Charleston, visitors and locals alike can enjoy listening to live musicians along the street as they meander, shop and dine on the Peninsula at one of the most attended regularly scheduled events, with over 20,000 throughout the day.

We're hosting an Open House during the January 2018 2nd Sunday On King Street! THIS SUNDAY 1/14 drop by between 1pm-4pmfor refreshments and check out the amazing 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit at 348-M King Street!
