As the summer begins to come to an end, we hope you have had a chance to decompress, enjoy a little R and R with family or friends, take a trip, or finally sit down to read that book. Or, you may be in the camp who has been on the struggle bus to daily try to find ways to combat your kids' boredom, schedule activities, referee siblings, and you're sprinting to the first day of school so that you can catch your breath as you get back to the grind of waiting in the car line, packing lunches, running to soccer games and dance classes.
