About My Home & Neighborhood - 33 Pitt Street, Unit 12 Charleston SC 29401

What features of the home have you really enjoyed?

I love the privacy of the corner porch. I love being on the second floor so I never worry about flooding. I love being able to park and do laundry on the property. I love the proximity to downtown, schools, restaurants and shopping.

What can you tell us about your neighborhood?

It's a very friendly neighborhood with many historic and beautiful homes and ally ways. I love being near the schools and all they have to offer.

What do you love about your town?

Charleston is the greatest city in America! The history, culture, food, I could go on. It has everything!!

Where are your favorite places to eat?

We love to eat everywhere!!! Charleston is a food destination and we haven't had a bad dining experience. Some favorites are Kickin’ Chicken, Rutledge Cab Company, Circa 1886 and Black Tap Coffee.

Grocery stores and other conveniences?

Anything you could want is within a short walk, bike ride, or car ride away! You can run up to Starbucks, CVS, and all the other places on King Street.

What do you love about the area?

A few other things we love is the location, location, location!

What other things do you love/enjoy about the area?

We love to visit the galleries and historic spots and be a part of a wonderful, thriving city!
