What features of the home have you really enjoyed?
We have really enjoyed the central location of the kitchen and the openness of our main living space. We like the separation of the master suite while still being on the same floor as our young children.
What can you tell us about your neighborhood?
Our neighborhood is great for impromptu afternoon get-togethers with our neighbors who have become our friends. The close proximity to the park and swimming pool makes the warm Charleston weather even easier to enjoy.
Where are your favorite places to eat?
We love the close proximity of the different restaurants, including pizza, Chinese or Mexican cuisine, and a Starbucks at the front of the neighborhood.
Grocery stores and other conveniences?
Shopping is a breeze with Harris Teeter, CVS and Wells Fargo right across the street in Belle Hall Shopping Center.
What do you love about the area?
The location is great, with excellent options for both public and private schools nearby.
What other things do you love/enjoy about the area?
Having close and easy access to I-526 makes life easier. Whether heading to Mount Pleasant Town Center to check out the best in an outdoor shopping mall, heading to West Ashley to make a quick Sam's Club or Costco run or even heading to North Charleston for a quick run to Tanger Outlets, it’s easy in and easy out.
What are your average monthly utility costs and with whom?
Blue Flame Gas $172/month, extremely variable, much higher in winter, negligible in summer
MP Water $113/month

The neighborhood overall is well maintained. You have access to 2 pools, tennis courts, volleyball court, outdoor basketball court, several parks, as well as ample places to walk, jog, or ride a bike.
