What are features of your home that you've really enjoyed?
We enjoy cooking in the outdoor kitchen and entertaining guests by the pool year round.
What can you tell us about your neighborhood?
We love that our home is within walking and biking distance to The Terrace theatre, restaurants, and shops. Great fishing by the playground and boat landing.
What do you love about your town?
James Island is very close to Folly and Kiawah beaches. It's a boater's dream place.
Where do you love to eat?
Some favorite places to eat are Crust, Fat Hen and Wild olive.
Grocery stores and other conveniences?
We have such a variety of grocery stores and pharmacies to choose from.
What other things do you love or enjoy about the area?
We are 10 minutes from downtown and enjoy the laid back island lifestyle. Also, the neighborhood boat ramp and Saint John's Marina is so close by. And we enjoy the lowest fuel prices!

Baseball diamond , basketball goal, and large open lot at end of Medway Road and another very nice playground with baseball field at the neighborhood Elliott Cut Boat landing.
