What the Seller Says About Our Listing At

947 Mount Vernon Drive, Charleston SC 29412

947 Mount Vernon Dr, 29412

Check out what our seller says about this amazing, COMPLETELY RENOVATED, 4BR/3ba, 2,487sqft home on James Island, the neighborhood of Whitehouse, and the area! This home has gorgeous, marsh view sunsets in the backyard from the private dock, in-ground pool, patio and screened in porch!

What are features of your home that you've really enjoyed?

Most of our time is spent enjoying life with family and friends in our backyard. We love swimming in the pool and crabbing right off the dock. Kayaking and paddleboarding are year round fun for our family. We end many days just grilling, relaxing and watching the sun set over the marsh.

What do you love about your town?

James Island epitomizes the Lowcountry lifestyle- relaxing and laid back, not to mention gorgeous, with the scenic waterways and Spanish moss -draped grand oaks.

Where do you love to eat?

We really enjoy the restaurants around us- Smokey Oak, The Kickin' Chicken, Stereo 8, and Paisano's has THE best pizza!

What do you love about the area?

We are 5 minutes to everything- the beach, downtown and West Ashley...so convenient!
